Google Mail’s New UNDO Feature

Sometimes after you send a mail, you may feel like “Oh God! What have I done?” due to sudden feeling that the mail we sent just now, is not suitable one to send! Up-to this date we all cannot do anything except regretting after such incident. Cheer Up Guys, Now to overcome this huge “Action” of sending mail and want to UNDO that is now fulfilled. Google’s Product GMail or Google Mail has introduced New Feature which enables us to Undo the Mail we sent within few seconds.

 

Today, we will discuss how to enable the “UNDO” feature by Gmail. Please do follow the below steps to enable undo feature in gmail.

 

STEP 1: OPEN GMAIL AND CLICK ON SETTINGS ICON ()

The first and of course most important step (as we need to open gmail first) to enable this feature is this. After you log in, do a click on the settings icon (GEAR ICON – Like this -> ) as shown in image below which you can find on Top-Right Corner of the Gmail Inbox.

As you can see, we can see a drop-down box having different links after clicking the settings Icon.

Now Do click on the settings on the option and we will move to Next step.

STEP 2: ENABLE THE UNDO OPTION

After that its simple and clear steps, scroll down and you can find Undo Settings options there like in below picture.

Do Tick on the Enable Undo Send option and also you can set the time periods to make undo. You can increase and decrease the time as your convenience like in the picture below:

STEP 3: DONE! ENJOY THE FEATURE

Now we enabled the Feature and time to enjoy the feature. Every-time we send the mail after we enabled the undo-feature we can see Undo option on the Mail sent successfully alert like below:
